What is Federalist 10? https://overcast.fm/+2sZzZtQ4Q Great #Podcast introducing the subject and how social media moderation is so crucial to discourse. I never got the chance to study the Federalist Papers at school in Puerto Rico, so this was quite interesting. I already knew moderation was important, but I didn’t realize that its importance goes all the way to the framing of the Constitution.

I knew about the green (House of Representatives) and the red (Senate) carpet in #parliament but missed the blue carpet (Executive). It's important for scientists to also engage the relevant public servants who brief ministers on policy.

It's a #moody kind of night, calling for a moody kind of #flashback #photo, taken in #Nice in 2016, where I fled just before the election that shocked me out of my faith that the #US electorate would march us to a better, fairer country. I still don't have that faith. I never should have had it in the first place. The fight for #democracy, #equity, #justice is an every day, every week, every month, every year, life-long commitment. That's #Civics101. I'm here it. But, this was a long week.
