Déjà le 4ème jour de mon mini festival de capoeira "Catapoeira 2025" en Vendée, c'est la 3ème édition et vraiment je suis super content que ça prenne bien.

Pendant 5 jours c'est 2h de capoeira sur la plage tous les matins et 3h de voile (sur des mini catamaran 2 places) tous les après-midis. Bon ok on est un peu fatigué le soir…

Les élèves (de mon école et d'autres) sont top et ont l'air super content des stage que j'ai préparé et de la voile…
