Hey, so, anyone know a cheap place to get a Catalina 27 rudder in the pacific NW? Or a fast and cheap place to get it rebuilt (or built from scratch, if that's a thing)?

Blackline can rebuild it, but it'll take a month.

(Update! We should be splashing next week. Blackline was able to effect a quicker repair for us.)
