I’ve reserved both the R1S and the R2. When it’s my turn to order I call the sales number and ask about #CarPlay. When they say it isn’t available I tell them it’s a dealbreaker and ask for deposit back (still waiting for my turn on R2). If they still have the pre-order as a deposit you should definitely do this. The more cancellations, the more it registers with their stupid decision-making processes. #Rivian

One month ago RelayPlay was a small side project.
Today it has iPad support, CarPlay, a completely redesigned navigation, and users whose feedback has genuinely changed the roadmap.
Version 1.2 is now live, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to test it and tell me what wasn’t working.

📣 PSA: if wireless #CarPlay is giving you trouble on the #iOS27 #beta developer seed 1, try disabling the new “Connectivity Assist” feature in WiFi settings.

Before doing so, CarPlay was utterly unusable and with that option off it’s been rock solid (so far… 🤞)

Я перестал верить стримингам. Не философски, а практически. Половина любимых альбомов либо ушла из каталогов, либо вернулась пересведенной так, что слушать тошно. Концертные записи, винил-рипы, региональные релизы — их там и не было. А моя коллекция в FLAC просто лежит на диске и никуда не девается. Для своей коллекции я написал плеер. Для себя. Через полгода это превратилось в нишевое приложение для iOS на 11 языках: с собственным DSP, распознаванием музыки, онлайн радио и CarPlay. Что в итоге внутри и где было не очевидно. Места, в которых документация молчит, а ты сидишь и гадаешь, почему оно вообще так себя ведет.
