Dyckia brevifolia (縞剣山)
Years ago I found this plant, tiny and with sunburned leaves, being given away for free at a plant store. Since then it's grown massively, split to have two heads, and produced numerous pups.

I wanted to take the pups off of these dickias but the root balls were too tough and I didn’t want to stress them too much when it’s this cold (though I do keep them indoors). I settled for up-potting them and removing some of the dead leaves.
