BOOM Charlotte, the 3-day arts festival with a fair amount of fringe is far larger this year than last. If you are available, it is worth checking out.
There are free shows and ticketed events.
Friday's evening schedule is jam-packed, including music, dance showcase, spoken word/poetry, a play, multidisciplinary one-woman show, multidisciplinary magic show, fringe dance and theater.
