Researchers at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) have recently advanced their development by introducing a novel NiO/Ag/NiO (NAN) transparent electrode. This innovation improves efficiency, durability, and infrared transparency, offering promising applications in solar energy technology.
"As detailed in the Journal of Photonics for Energy, a research team from IIT Dharwad designed and fabricated bifacial solar cells with high infrared transparency. They achieved this by integrating a hybrid top transparent electrode (TE) composed of a three-layer NiO/Ag/NiO structure. Using a low-energy physical vapor deposition technique, they developed an electrode with exceptionally low electrical resistance and high visible light transmittance, significantly enhancing the performance of these solar cells."

Muß man bei den #GLASS Modulen nicht darauf achten, das immer die selben Bereiche (Zellen) verschattet werden ?
D.h. eine permanent Teilverschattung zu vermeiden.Wie sind die Zellen miteinander verschaltet und wo sitzen im Moduldesign die Bypass Dioden?

Vertikale ost-west Bifacial-Module können über den Tag mehr Strom liefern als ne monofaziale Süd-Ausrichtung. Kommt auf die Umstände an. Grosser Vorteil ist auch, dass die Stromerzeugung über den Tag gestreckt wird. Aktuell sind Module billiger als Batterien.

Deutschland macht es wieder extra kompliziert und damit quasi unmöglich:Außerdem wären solche Tragkonstruktionen ab einer Länge von 80 Meter ähnlich wie Tunnel einzustufen und müsste daher noch höhere Sicherheitsansprüche erfüllen.
Ich habe noch keinen #Tunnel gesehen, den man notfalls einfach rechts raus verlassen kann und dann auf einer Wiese steht.
Und aus welchem Grund genau geht senkrechte Bauweise in der Mitte und/oder am Rand mit bifacialen Modulen nicht?

Ich glaube nicht, dass ich gern da zwischen den Autos in Lärm und Abgasen Fahrrad fahren wollte.
Aber die Idee, den Mittelstreifen der #Autobahn für #Photovoltaik zu nutzen, hatte ich hier auch schon gepostet.
Mit bifacialen Modulen (senkrecht montiert) sollte auch kaum mehr Platz in Anspruch genommen werden als bisher und somit deutlich geringere Umbaukosten haben.
Aber das Beispiel aus Korea zeigt vor allem, dass man anderswo ja auch die sicherheitsrelevanten Aspekte einer stromführenden Komponente in den Griff bekommt - wenn man will.

Unser #Gartenzaun muss neu. Vielleicht mal erwägen, damit auch #Strom zu erzeugen? Nach Osten hin ist freie Einstrahlung gegeben, nach Westen hin vielleicht zu 80%. Möglicherweise eine gute Ergänzung zur vorhandenen PV-Anlage, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist - besonders morgens.
