Some final shots of the Black bear miniature in this diorama.
The original miniature is wielding an axe, but it would have looked too large next to the Beorn miniature.
So I removed the head and sculpted a new end and made it look like a length of tree: the same tree that is now a stump on the base. -

This bear is so large it can totally eclipse the Beorn mini', much like his bear form would erase all Beorn-like qualities.
