The #dogs got an opportunity to go the beach at #Benllech last night. It was really quiet while the World Cup final was on.
They had a lovely time charging round chasing the ball.

Had an unexpected trip to #Anglesey today, when my mum and her two sisters were involved in a [thankfully minor] #RTC on the #A55 en route to a week away.
I drove over with The Child to Mold to collect them and take them on to #Benllech. Spent literally two minutes there then turned around and drove all the way home again.
2hrs there, a crippling 4.5hrs back. Bank holiday traffic and an exodus from Wales responsible.
But three old ladies get their holiday, so it’s all a win in the end.

One of the lesser known burial tombs on Anglesey for #TombTuesday: Pant y Saer near #Benllech, #Anglesey. Overgrown today, but the photo from 1912 in Neil Baynes' "The megalithic remains of Anglesey" shows it more clearly. An excavation in 1932 found the remains of 54 people.
