I just found out that I really enjoy combining ball point pen with watercolors.

Pencils are often too light, wash away or bleed. Inks can bleed or can be really "heavy" and dark.

My black ball point pen seems to strike the perfect balance. I will explore some more with this.

My first drawing using only a 6-in-1 clicky pen! 🍓

I really underestimated how long this would take... To layer and mix colours, I have to apply the ink in very thin layers, so covering larger areas takes ages. I've already spent a couple of hours on it.

This is going to be a #WIP for a while...
