Just in time for #StandingStoneSunday here’s a line of my favourite stones from Avebury, Wiltshire. A beautiful ancient henge monument. Avebury is the largest Neolithic stone circles in the world. This photo was taken last Sunday (5th November 2023) on a walking tour there with the quester and historian, Andy Collins. Lovely day.
