J'ai couru dans de la ouate durant presque 3 heures: une sortie très cardio mais tellement revigorante.
Le sentier #15 du Parc national de la Mauricie permet de parcourir les montagnes pour atteindre les belvédères des lacs Solitaire, aux Chevaux, du Pimbina et Benoît.
Les paysages sont magnifiques 🤩
Encore plus avec la neige.

Une belle longue course sur les sentiers légèrement saupoudrés de neige dans la vaste forêt du Parc national de la Mauricie.
Je n'ai même pas vu l'ombre d'un humain tout au long de la quatorzaine de km.
Seulement quelques joyeux écureuils, ici et là, qui semblaient courir avec moi par endroit. C'était rigolo 😃
Et, j'ai vu seulement trois ou quatre (peut-être 5 ou 6...) flocons 😊

Les charmes du mois de novembre...
Le vent de novembre arrache les dernières feuilles des arbres.
L'aspect squelettique de ceux-ci me permet d'admirer la vaste forêt du Parc national de la Mauricie sous un angle différent... avant l'arrivée des premiers flocons.
C'est à la fois mélancolique et magnifique 🤩

Aujourd'hui, c'était l'activité «Grâce à la nature» au Parc national de la Mauricie 🌲
Une occasion de dire merci à la nature pour tous les bienfaits qu'elle nous offre 🙏
Et, de faire de gros câlins aux arbres 🥰
En mode tortue des bois, nous avons parcouru des sentiers qui offrent une vue imprenable sur le lac Wapizagonke ainsi qu'une tourbière vieille de plus 5 000 ans.

Une autre journée d'été... en automne. Et, aucun nuage dans le ciel 🤩
Toutefois, les couleurs sont déjà moins belles puisque plusieurs feuilles sont tombées.
Qu'à cela ne tienne, courir en trail sur un beau tapis multicolore est totalement sublime... même s'il faut se méfier des roches et des racines.
Ma plus longue sortie en trail depuis les 50 km de la "Chute du Diable", le 30 août dernier.
