Today's run was a trip down memorylane. Found a playlist on the streams called - Atlantic 252. Back in the 80s, I had a clock radio and loved at night going up and down the AM/MW/LW dial. Even attached a longer aerial so it was easier to tune into 1440, Radio Luxembourg, and later Atlantic 252. Laying in my bed, not daring to move, listening to Top 20 on Sundays until after midnight, with my one ear bud, finger on the dial just keeping the signal locked for best reception. Even with the quality being so low and the static I really got to listen to some good tunes that way ;)

@patricknesbitt - It was an amazing story. Even at its beginning in the late '80s, the station was attacked as 'illegal' by some UK #radio broadcasters, when it was perfectly legal. Just jealousy, for sure. It was #longwave's last hoorah... 🎵
