Cool. Aber wie konnte dann bisher Asio4All möglich und kostenlos sein, wenn Steinberg scheinbar ein Recht über ASIO hatte? (Und wieso geht das überhaupt bei so einer grundlegenden Technologie?)

Danke an Asio4all. Ohne das könntre ich (ohne ext. Hardware die einen eigenen ASIO-Treiber mitbringt) über dien onboard Soundchip nicht vernünftig (=latenzarm) Musik machen. Nutze ich seit ca. 20 Jahren. ❤️

Help me out here #GearSquad. I have my #MustangMicroPlus on an empty preset (the #FenderTone app just shows "studio preamp" in its chain. It's connected to my PC with USB, and I have #ASIO4ALL up with the MMP selected for both in and out. When I open #Amplitube 5, I just get a feedback loop from my PC speakers (no matter what output I have selected in the OS sound settings).

Saw the sale on #ToneX + #Amplitube and decided to re-visit using the #MustangMicro with #ASIO4All. Glad I did. Finally managed to figure out the #ASIO control panel to have the output going to my speakers this time around. Pretty fun dicking around with all the amps and effects! However, the reverb is really thick out of the box. Seems to vary greatly from amp to amp but I don't think some of these amps should actually have reverb on board. Maybe I need to tweak the mics.

I managed to configure #obs to stream #bitwig using #obs with the help of #jack and #asio4all. I realized that I am using windows mostly trying to mimic #linux...
Inspired by @polarity I will be learning a bit of #grid today, https://www.twitch.tv/devcarpet but I do not recommend anyone to watch it haha
