  2. I finally found how to get the keyword popularities using an app-specific password for an Apple account protected with 2FA.

    This allows to run the code completely server-side without never asking the user to provide a time-based one-time 6 digit code.

    Much much much better! 🤩

  3. How can iTMSTransporter (with app-specific password) be used to get the “myacinfo” cookie value required to call the Apple Ads API to get keywords popularity score?

  14. I've built an internal tool to get #AppleSearchAds popularity 📈

    But I need to login with 2FA every few hours to get the cookie required to use the endpoint 😞

    Does anyone know how to make this easier? Can I use an app-specific password?

  15. Are #AppleSearchAds worth it? I'm having my doubts now. I've been running them for years, but haven't really checked up on them until I noticed some larger than normal invoices coming in from Japan. So I looked into my costs vs. installs and noticed in the last 30 days I spent $543 CAD for just 4 installs. That's $134 per installation. The iOS app is only $23 CAD for a one-time purchase.

    Consequently I've paused ALL my ads there. Clearly however I have it setup, it's not worth it for me.
