I scored a broken expresso machine.
And was never able yet to find a replacement ~1.5mm rubber ball that was the broken part in the water pump. So I fitted a second-hand pump. #Repair #Reuse

Been experimenting.
And today didn't steam heat the milk.
So flat white with cold milk.
Oh yeah, it was great taste - like an #affogatto, creamy but the creaminess continued for the whole small cup.

But not warm enough.

So how to heat milk quickly without steaming it?
