#Aerobic #exercise (AE) can provide substantial health benefits for people with schizophrenia. Traditionally, such #training has been administered in-person. Yet, following the advent of the #COVID19 pandemic, many clinics transitioned their services to telehealth-based delivery. Our new paper provides preliminary support for the delivery of #telehealth- based AE for people with #schizophrenia.
