I glanced at Rice Cooker clock while washing up, 20:51 - nearly 9pm? Why do I feel so tired? Took me a moment to realise it’s not on BST (British Summer Time), so it’s actually nearly 10pm. Stupid system, but I felt my tiredness was more justified 🤷 #AbolishDaylightSaving #BritishSummerTime

The clock says it is 6:30 p.m. but it is dark enough outside that my brain says it is 10:30 p.m. this is an unacceptable state of affairs.
