Q7. Does anyone here use a rain cape when #cycling?
Having got soaked again today collecting my veg box, I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to buy one.
It would mainly be used for shopping trips and bike commuting (20-30 minute journeys) on a folding bike (a Viking EasyStreet). It would also need to cope with Welsh rain cos I live in #Abertawe!
Recommendations, anecdotes and alternative suggestions welcome 🤗

Swansea and Cardiff are now connected via verified Slow Ways after I completed Port Talbot to Swansea today. Quite an urban and industrial route but lots to see while walking. I’m creeping closer to joining up Abertawe and Caerdydd with another 5 ⭐️ Slow Ways route from Y Pil to Port Talbot. Kilvey Hill is a community woodland managed by the Swansea council, Kilvey Hill Community Woodland Volunteers and Natural Resources Wales. It’s now under threat from a commercial enterprise and a Swansea Council grant of £4m.
