From meteorologist Matt DiNardo WRIC on FB: Tropical Depression #9 forms.... At 4:40pm Tuesday, the tropical disturbance that we were watching is now Tropical Depression #9. This could become Tropical Storm Isaias in the next 24 hours and then possibly hurricane Isaias by Thursday.
