I didn’t care much for the #Stutz film — it seemed a bit too enamored of its subject and I wished it had focused more on the “tools” themselves, but one thing I’ve thought a lot about since is the “life force pyramid,” and the idea that no matter what, no matter how low or anti-social you’re feeling, you can always do something physical. That minimal activity can keep you afloat. That rang true to me. I always try to go on one or two long walks a day.

Here's to all the dudes drafting new fantasy racks on #ModWiggler today. As has been said elsewhere, this planning / concept phase is sometimes as much fun as playing with actual modules. I have two racks. I'm considering a no-filter set-up for one (well, except for band pass, but still — pretty radical for me). For the other, a 208 hp rack with just 16 hp of oscillator?
