I won't be able to attend any of the spring meetings myself this year, but I am hopeful that a good number of physics fedi regulars will be there and are perhaps willing to help with printing and bringing flyers and asking LOCs about setting up dedicated fediwall monitors.

Given this particular audience, is there a specific reason you chose to not include https://academiccloud.social, which does a fabulous and very professional job of potentially serving all of the Max Planck Society as well as all students, employees and institutional units of a variety of universities? @team #GWDG

While I am at it: the Société Française d'Astronomie et d'Astrophysique @sf2a - French society of professional astronomers - joined almost a year ago. And while "42 followers" definitely *is* a nice number, there are even nicer numbers they should be able to achieve, n'est-ce pas?
