Added basic #multicast functionality to #sysklogd today. And then my regression tests suddenly started failing … on CI. Obviously work fine when run locally, and tests failing that are not related to the latest changes and worked fine the last weeks *sigh*
At least I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow.

Sure, systemd has done lots of great things. I’m not denying that, I’ve even adopted a few ideas into my own Init system. #finit

Been looking for a #Marvell 88E6393X switch chipset equipped board to run our little NOS on. Older LinkStreet/SOHO variants are also of interest, but not too old. Newer Prestera based ones don’t have #linux #switchdev support so not interesting (unfortunately because the Ironman is quite impressive!)
So far I’ve only found MikroTik RB5009. Which is interesting but needs a bit of work to get going with, and is limited to their bootloader.
Any tips are interesting, please RT! 😊

Spent my last day of vacation updating the R2S to support secure boot and read-only rootfs to make it a pure citizen of #infix really great feeling when it started the locked down U-Boot verified the signature of the primary partition and booted up perfectly 😎✌️
