Hilariously it was a huge nothingburger as everyone that is going to smoke dope was already smoking dope. Even though I was in very tourist and student heavy areas the 420 crowd didn't materialize. I'm honestly a bit thankful, when April 20 rolled around in Montreal the first year dope was legal it was a cloudy stonerfest of guatemalan parachute pants, ikat weave stash bags, and white people with dreads.
