I need so help, support, and a little bit of guidance as I'm a tad stuck.
My eldest, Rav (22, based in Miramar, of course!), has had a wandering path through life so far, and I applaud them for it tbh (eh Ben, nice post btw). They have reached out to me and asked if I can help them get an "IT help desk" position, they want more $ but I also think they are looking for something to move away from the "casual".
So, what to do - I don't know I am Wellington connected enough anymore, I don't even know that "IT help desk" is a thing, is it?
Rav has a (nicely designed) CV and a generic covering letter, happy to share if that would help you help me help them!

The only solution is a working #Bluetooth #Proxy, "written" by a #genAI system. Which is an plain #Python translation of the existing #ESPHome integration.

I might be forced to use some sort of #mmWave system after all, and I absolutely hate every one of the options available to me. -

Week 21 of #WeeklyBeats - "No Notes" is a pun on trying to write a piece of music with only noise / percussion. Of course there end up being pitches in there, but it was fun to do. It's almost entirely #FieldRecordings but arranged into rhythmic patterns, which I talk about in the process notes on my blog.

I am tediously crafting a #BitwigStudio port of my old #Reason Drum Kits so I can have a particular 'sound'. The exercise is valid in that it is pushing me to concentrate on the mappings of samples, reading the NN-XT sampler settings in Reason and converting these to meaningful information for Bitwig.
There are 9.8k sample files. There are recordings for Room, Close, under the Snare, and Overhead.
I'm building a nifty spreadsheet on #kDrive as a first exercise of working outside of #Google.
And I am listening to #BernardPurdie and #ElvinJones while teasing out the various details.
I am very eager to start programming and making some sounds. #ElectronicMusicProduction
