I'm trying to use #Emacs #tramp remotely for development on embedded devices.
The idea is that I can use the integration that Emacs provides with less tools on the remote.
However I found that #eshell is really slow on remote connections.
Has anyone found a way to make commands called in eshell on remote connections asynchronous? -

I hate to be told by the #Finnish child services to leave the discrimination/mishandling of as #neurodivergent people in the past when it comes to dealing with the situation that they forced our son into #fostercare which was at his age effectively forced adoption. Just found some #sinimustaliike stickers on the tram window. It's scary but at least I got some motivation to read some #Finnish.. Did my part and damaged the stickers. There was also some flyer saying for example "Finland for three Finnish". I put it into the trash where it belongs.

I'm playing retail #Wow again. Addons broke again thanks to Blizzards restrictions.
I tried to find replacements for an addon I was using but no avail. There was one that seemed ok with some custom combatlog parsing.
Then I thought why not take out the logik of that addons parser and wrap it into a nice #Lua library.
The code looks overly complex and bloated - either this is a first year graduate or #AI.
I checked the repository, bingo it's AI. It's so hard to read AI generated code IMHO. -
I hate to be seen as the convenient monster to blame with having hyperactive #ADHD. I don't blame those who can't do any better but those who should do better like those who are people in authority positions in #socialservices.
They should not drive families apart with their #neurodivergent unfriendly behavior. Only the wrong help can escalate things so far that healing from these actions has to come at the cost of the future of those involved. -

Ohne den Patch kannst du immer noch die KDE Hintergründe und wie bei anderen WM's die Hintergründe mit einem anderen Program machen.
Plasma funktioniert mittlerweile mit Sway und Hyperland aber es gibt viele Protokolle nicht als standard die es unter X11 schon als z.B. NETWM gab oder so nicht nötig waren.
Das beste Beispiel sind Popup Fenster für Benachrichtigungen wo die Shell die Position angeben können muss.Hier ein Foto von Plasma unter #Sway. Selbst i3-pager hat funktioniert.i
