Pretty blown away by the Documentary "You Can See Everything" about Elizabeth Holmes/Theranos -- Especially the craft involved getting the shots they did. High praise to Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim.
As someone who didn't read too deep into Theranos in the past, I'd highly recommend people watch something like "The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley" or read "Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup" as a precursor, otherwise you'll leave the theater far more perplexed.
Hell, just knowing Henry Kissinger was on the Theranos board beforehand would have been very enlightening.
Wild Deception.

Visit me at Utepils Halloween Market
This is the week of events. October in general is a busy month for a someone who writes, creates, and spins as many monsters as I do.
I’ll be Utepils Brewing for their Halloween Market on October 23rd and 24th. This is a Friday and Saturday. It goes most of Friday night, and all of the day on Saturday.
Hit it here to learn more about the event
I’ll be there selling the Greenland Diaries, Beware the Ills, and my short story collections. This includes my new collection the Unnamed, which is in the world of the Greenland Diaries, and gives you a variety of perspectives other than the main character’s POV from the diaries.
I anticipate quite the collection of people there selling their wares. Also, Utepils is awesome. I’ve been there a few times doing events. The beer is great, they’ll have a food truck, and be all decorated for Halloween. It’ll be the perfect setup for everything.
Again you can hit it here to learn about the event
This is a great time to support us independent writers. We’re pushing ourselves day by day to keep releasing new work and get support. Halloween is the perfect season to invest in my monsters. They’re unique. They’re reflective. And they’re not hiding their complexity.
Hope to see you there!
