At two public hearings, lines were filled up with paid supporters, Hard Rock staff, and politicians while opposers were forced to wait. They ran out the clock so neighbors who wanted to object never got a turn. And when opposers called out this orchestration, they were threatened or thrown out under the fallacy of ‘disrespect’.

The "Metropolitan Park" Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is holding 2 public hearings on the proposed casino at Citi Field:
Tuesday September 9 at 4 pm (doors open 3:30 pm)
Tuesday September 16 at 10 am (doors open 9:30 am)

Plan ahead and arrive early so your voice is heard!
Speak now: the CAC decides by Sept. 30 whether the proposal goes to the Gaming Facility Location Board, which can hand out up to 3 casino licenses by the end of the year.
