#QueensZoo needs to ditch these awful bike racks and install staple racks. This same amount of space could fit at least a dozen bikes, but the "wheel bender" rack is just space inefficient.

From Sunday, a Gnat Ogre. These are relatively small robber flies, which are found all over Central Park in late July. Personally, I find them to be very photogenic. There will be more of these little guys.

An orb weaver spider of some sort. These have been spinning webs on the tops of leaves and I often find them eating an unfortunate fly.
