I decided to make flash cards for all the NPCs in the first village my players will encounter. Both to be able to take notes and to have ready descriptions of each. A dozen cards later and I’m only halfway through. Not that they’ll meet a quarter of them the first session.
Everyone in Compton is poor and miserable.
But I’m getting more and more familiar with the setting.

Really liking King for a Day. I wish more modules were like this. It’s got locations, lots of fleshed out NPCs, and more than enough events and plots to keep us busy for a year or two.
It’s systemless, but if your game has the monsters from the D&D SRD, it should be a snap to run.

This has been a rough day… for my gaming budget!
#Dolmenwood and #ShadowOfTheWeirdWizard have both been backed. I had to negotiate this with my wife who astutely noted that supporting real artists like this is probably one of the best ways I could spend my hobby money!
(She only plays #BrindlewoodBay when it comes to #ttrpg, so I feel lucky she supports my love of the art form.)
