GCC 14.1 fixes most of the issues with constrained type parameters in template template parameters (at least) in an aliased template. ☝🏽
So, for me, upgrading to GCC 14.1 is absolutely worth it.

Would you support the Government/CAF spending the $1-1.5 Billion needed to replace the Snowbirds program with new jets?(the familiar aircraft we know were built in the 1950s/60s and were supposed to retire 15 years ago... now slated for 2030.)
