Dis Masto, suite à des déboires avec la CAF concernant le paiement de la regul de mon AAH (attribuée le 13 avril, toujours rien reçu, j'ai appelé 5 fois et c'est pas fini), j'envisage de contacter une avocate parce que je n'en peux plus, est-ce que la spécialisation existe et est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une recommandation ?

Suivant les conseils, j'ai commencé par une réclamation par écrit qui parle de mon intention de saisir le médiateur puis de contacter une avocate si ça ne suffit pas. Je ne pense pas passer par des personnes qui ont de meilleurs accès à la CAF que moi parce que je pense que je suis au-delà de cette étape (aka j'en ai vraiment marre). Je pense que je cherchais tout de suite une avocate sous le coup de l'énervement et aussi parce que je comptais sur elle pour me donner les conseils que vous m'avez donné, donc merci encore !
