So... The lollies (candies/sweets) called UFOs/Flying Saucers, who knows them?
Cannot just be me. I am at a BBQ with 7 other adults born 70s/80s and I seem to be the only person who knows them. They are rice paper discs sealed over a massive pile of sherbert.

Friday night Scottish Championship Fitba' - a bit of a meaningless game between Raith and Dunfermline, but it is a local Derby so there might be some tetchiness there :-D
Sipping this splendid Glen Elgin from local IBs Tri Carragh.
Tri Carragh - Glen Elgin 12, 55.5% abv, NC, NCF.
Black cherry compote, blackcurrants and raspberries. Sweet barley sugar and sherbert. First sip and a lovely tingle on the lips and tongue. A few drops of water release gentle floral notes, liquorice, black treacle and a touch of mint. A long finish with lingering cinnamon spice, orange zest and chocolate.

Taking the #physicalmedia to extremes. Just dug this bad boy out. It's 30 years old & works perfectly (except for AM radio). Lost my #tarot card reading cassette though. Had not listened to it... Hopefully hidden whilst on the sherbets & not binned! Time now to make some tapes... Thoughts & feelings etc. No 13 Reasons Why shit though! #K7 #cassette #audiocassette

Matured in a single Oloroso sherry cask, it arrives with wafts of dark fruit - dates, raisins and oaky woodiness which develop into sweet red fruit and sherbert. A lovely creamy, buttery mouthfeel with more red fruit - strawberries, cherries and cinnamon-spiced apple, perhaps a touch of liquorice. A long spicy finish, nippy on the lips and tongue, with a wee hit of bitterness at the end. A belter.

Also, one should not denigrate #TheGoodies in earshot of an Australian of a certain age.
