Goodness, UPS have a terrible mix of overly rigid process combined with overly sloppy staff, meaning they've failed to leave the information that the website requires before I can proceed with rescheduling to avoid a second failed delivery!
Weirdly I couldn't reschedule prior to the first attempt, even though I knew I would be out then too, so my fragile item will be needlessly carted about for at least three delivery attempts and at this rate maybe more! 😮

Anyone know why a good portion of people started waiting for trains/tubes so bloody far from the actual train/tube door?!
Most people used to congregate fairly near where you'd expect, now loads seem to wait 10+ feet away like they're trying to look nonchalant "yeah, maybe I'm waiting... maybe I'm here just to surf Tiktok. Whatevs..." 😆
