香港生產本地礦泉水，還可以有溫泉？港大地球科學系教授焦赳赳接受《大公報》專訪，聲稱香港有豐富地下水資源，除了可以開發礦泉水，還可能有溫泉可以發展。

焦赳赳在專訪中指，香港有豐富地下水資源，要來飲成本較高，但生產本土礦泉水「可行性就很高」，更稱在理想情況下預計兩三年便會實現，舉例港大後面就有一個龍虎泉，每年流量超過 2000 立方米，足夠佔據香港礦泉水 1% 的市場，而且香港許多地方地下水已達到礦泉水的標準，若香港有本土品牌礦泉水，會為擁有自己的品牌「感到自豪」，又稱正推動相關項目，初步將本土礦泉水取名「獅子山礦泉水」，亦有業界感興趣。

焦赳赳又稱，香港還有地熱水，成功開發可以做溫泉，又指政府開挖大埔濾水廠與蝴蝶谷水庫之間的隧道工程時，首次發現香港有熱泉，泉水溫度在 34℃ 到 36℃，這些發現早前在網上發表，有網民提及馬屎州劏雞井曾有熱水，嘉道理觀音山有熱風洞，他認為可能都與地下熱水有關，希...
