That's a wrap... meaning this will be used as wrapping paper. Very hard to do the same character so many times beside each other. Also my first attempt at simplified.

It is four lines from the poem The Answer, written 1976 by Bei Dao one of the Misty poets.

我不相信天是蓝的，
我不相信雷的回声，
我不相信梦是假的，
我不相信死无报应。

The lines translates:

I do not believe that the sky is blue,
I do not believe in the echo of thunder,
I do not believe that dreams are false,
I do not believe that death has no revenge.

One thing I noticed when writing it is that the characters of the particle 的 repeats 3 times. First and third line as shi de - which is "to be" and then with thunder (for some reason maybe possessive: Thunder's (I have to look into that)).

Such thing really fascinate me - that the written language has this graphic dimension. That the repetitions are not only in the first four characters (I do not believe), but also in the next lines. almost chant like. And then in the last about death, no 的. (I am an illiterate trying to understand mind.)

So the writing will be wrapping paper, but I maybe learned something. I will try to read the whole poem next.
