A MacOSX user who saw my video about extracting all the pics in a modern office file can't get his Mac to extract from the zip file. Some searching showed that this is a fairly common issue. The error is basically "Unable to expand [file.zip] Unsupported format"

Anyone have any insights or solutions aside from buying / using a different zip program?
