Nach wenigen Wochen sind 51,63 % der WordPress-Webseiten auf v7.0. Dabei würde mich interessieren, ob die überwiegend neuen Gutenberg-Funktionen oder die KI-Schicht bewusst genutzt werden. Oder steckt dahinter die Annahme, ein neuer Major sei automatisch sicherer?

@jansenspott Das Update ist wohl deutlich kleiner als ursprünglich geplant. Bei den Websites, die kleine Updates automatisch machen, ging es trotz neuer Zahl vorne von allein durch.

Ah, das ganze KI-Gedöns ist Opt-In und man muss noch ein Plugin installieren, wenn man es nutzen möchte. Sehr gut, ich brauch das nicht.

Zusätzlich gibt es Revisionspanel mit Zeitleiste, Kommentierungen usw.
