A few feet away from the large cocoon were 2 #OwlPellets. You can see the #bones from prey that the owl ate in their #poop.

Many years ago, when I worked at Royal BC Museum, one of the weekend kid camps that I helped to run taught kids how to identify what owls ate from dissecting owl pellets. I did similar nature education with owl pellets at 2 different local nature houses in the past too.
