A meta-analysis of 24 randomized controlled trials with over 16,000 participants evaluated the effect of different types of exercise on blood osteocalcin and alkaline phosphatase, markers of bone growth. Only high-intensity exercise, particularly in combination with dynamic loading, seemed to stimulate bone growth.

Note that each exercise type was represented by only 2-7 studies.

Der Gormogon Fall hört eigentlich mittendrin auf und wenn man die Attacke auf den „Bestecher“ Frame für Frame analysiert sieht man das der Täter sehr wohl der HiWi aus dem Labor ist. Auch wurde nie nach den Opfern des 2. Gormogon Skeletts gesucht. Oder was aus den ausgetauschten Silberknochen geworden ist. Die Totengräberauflösung war lame und ließ Fragen offen.
