Procedural buildings are for #GrimShiver, but I think I'll also add them as toys in the #Wilderless games. This is my first test at using gizmos to change a house - just the width/length/height for now, and thinking which other variables to expose.

Preparing the iPad beta for #Wilderless 2.3. Rivers are procedurally generated, forming naturally or user spawned. It's busy behind the scenes with run-time pathfinding, erosion, terrain carving, and dynamic vegetation and rock placement, all designed to look organic and untamed.

Just added splash effects to the procedural rivers. The game now also generates persistent rivers that flow throughout the world. I’m currently wandering around discovering them in action.

Almost finished the #Wilderless river shader #iPad update. I added specular lighting (that was tough), softer intersections, and wave undulations that oscillate above and below instead of just rising up, so more artistic control and natural movement.

use the #Wilderless engine to quickly test new trees for #GrimShiver and see what works and what doesn’t. It takes many iterations, custom tweaks, and performance optimizations before I finalize a biome.

Sandbox testing 2.0 herd system which handles vertical herds for any animals that can fly, which is now a setting I can apply to animals instead of being hard coded in each one. Individual species still need tuning but it simplifies adding flyers.

Unity 2022 conversion is done, this also fixes Steam PC/Mac bugs with quadruped animation and an incorrect resolution detection at start, which mean I can finish the steam update 🙂
