在會場內呈現臺灣味有許多方法
#WikidataCon 2023 時就是泡茶給大家喝
原先的設定就是「茶水攤」
經過 @RSChiang 的巧手包裝後成了富有臺灣風味的 #奉茶 攤
「君可一餐無肉，卻不能一日無茶！」
「解去一時不茶的窘境、舒緩滅茶苦茶的心情，全天候流暢的茶水，是奉茶精神最真摯的體現。」

天芳是 WikidataCon 上第一次合作的夥伴
除了同樣無限暢飲的 #書福咖啡
天芳茶行的各式茶葉茶也在當時廣受好評
這次首次嘗試搬上其他年會
發現效果也是出乎意料的好
雖然有一些預言隔閡
但是對於外國夥伴來說
這些都是值得嘗試的酷東西
還有幾個外國人在第二天買了幾包呢不過第一天錯估人潮流動方向
使得奉茶攤在第一天乏人問津
在第二天調整到顯眼位置後
互動大幅提升
這個也該納入未來年會餐飲安排上面的考量 -
g0v summit 2024 圓滿落幕
感謝大家的支持與協助
如果 Allen 有出包還請海涵這次活動中將 #WikidataCon 2023 的許多經驗移植了過來
同時再增加許多新想法
本來擔心這些事情在 #中研院 會不會失敗
畢竟如果這件事情會成功
那我怎麼又會是第一個想到或是這麼做的人呢？
事實是好像我真的是第一個這樣做的人這次嘗試的 #餐車
場地內的 #公民咖啡廳
無限制供應的 #奉茶
#北雲餐廳 的晚宴
以及
#中研福德宮 的慶功宴每一個好像都是一件不起眼的小事
但一連串組織起來彷彿就成了某種大事
而全部一起發生在 #g0vsummit2024 上
便是一種神奇的事感謝 #咪咕 與 #桃瀨 的幫忙
你們是最給力的行政組好夥伴
不知不覺成了一篇老套的心得文XD
好像就要每個人都謝過、每個人都 tag
但我想這篇文先止於此
接下來會基於工作經驗分享與心得
拆成好幾部分
希望能為其他也要在 #中央研究院 #人文社會科學館 辦活動的夥伴留下一些可用的想法供參考與此 g0v summit 2024 行政組

正式圓滿落幕感謝所有工作人員、講者以及會眾的共同參與
沒有你們的出現我們無法共同完成這個全球的盛會
