Wow. The winds up in the mountains around Gorman must be great fire winds given the way the #PostFire has just been mapped at 10,500 (and change) acres (by firis Intel 24, per #watchdutyapp). Nasty growth for <12 hours!

Looks like fresh smoke flaring up over circa #HaystackFire; dunno if that's new or if it's been doing that on and off all day since I see as of last night per #WatchDuty they were mopping it up.

The number of wildfires burning out of control in Northern California and Oregon, as shown on the Watch Duty app, is astounding. If you live in a fire prone area (and is any area safe now?) the Watch Duty app is very helpful and informative, with not only fire information but up to date and essential information regarding evacuation instructions and alerts for fires in your area. #watchdutyapp #wildfires #watchduty
