The Motorola phone I'm currently dictating this toot in, has cost me about 20 USD
I had to buy it as a replacement for one of my G2 GSMs, which means it's memory is extremely Limited.
However I can still do some simple things like working on the FediVerse.
In my country both GSM network providers stopped with / shut down the G2 networks with just 3 days notice, leaving us stranded with useless G2 GSM phones. I still have to replace six G2 GSM devices.

Why does every individual site need to work out whether I'm a bot or not?

Surely there must be a better way than having to wait 10 seconds for EVERY SINGLE SITE ON THE INTERNET to verify that I'm a human?

Just as we once taught ourselves to use passwords we would never remember, but a computer could guess in seconds, we now seem to be at a point where humans are being frustrated by every site wanting to make sure we're real.... but computers just work around it (or move to the next site)....

В черновиках лежит вторая часть той статьи, где я делаю вид, что понимаю математику, которая лежит в основе синтеза цифровой схемы из RTL :) Однако тот текст так и остался черновиком, а я ушла в верификацию и работаю в ней уже больше шести лет. Скорость верификации IP-компонентов зависит не только от верификаторов. Чтобы ее увеличить, ряд полезных практик в свою работу могут внедрить и соседние команды — управления проектами, RTL-дизайна и архитектуры. Далее в статье я такими практиками поделюсь.
