@WadeWegner I’m struggling with a stress fracture to my left fibula- the worst part is being unable to run whilst it heals. I tried gentle walk/#run sessions but that didn’t improve it, so now I’m doing as much non impact cardio and strength I can fit in. Can’t wait to get back into #running and get the volume back up where it needs to be for the #UTMB #UTS50 in May.

@TheBreadmonkey stress fractures that built up over time - probably not enough strength work between the mountain #runs late last year. Now physio has banned all running for 2weeks otherwise won’t heal in time for #UTS50 in May…
