Looks like I’m surrendering rather than #running over the line at the end of #GL3D last weekend. Managed to place 99th overall on the #Wainwright course https://www.greatlakeland3day.com/courses

Totals from the #GL3D 3 day #running event = 53 miles, 14,900ft elevation. Not a textbook taper for the #UTMB 50k in 13th May, but I think getting out into to hills was helpful.

#GL3D is my warm up / taper for #UTS50. It’s a great 3 day #running / #walking event in the #LakeDistict and really good for practicing #navigation & #MountainSkills too. Thoroughly recommend it. https://www.greatlakeland3day.com
