The Research Support Services team notably contributed by presenting the challenges of open access publishing and its various models, with a focus on the gold model and transformative agreements (MIST21), by leading a workshop on depositing work in HAL (MIST17), and by providing guidance on managing researchers’ digital identities (MIST19).
In addition to these regular training sessions, two sessions in English were offered this year by Carolina Dias, a Brazilian PhD student currently on Erasmus exchange. She delivered a version of the open access training (MIST45) as well as a specific session on predatory journals (MIST44).
In total, more than 80 PhD candidates attended a training session this month.
Next month, the first training session on data management plans (MIST26) will begin as part of the Spring Data event.
