The Finisher is a documentary about ultra-runner Jasmin Paris completing the Barkley Marathons last year. It's inspirational and mind-blowing that someone can push themselves so hard.

Finished the #Skyline50k #trailRace in 9:34:51 yesterday! My 3rd best 50k, and first 50k in over two years since the Marin Ultra Challenge 50k in 2023.
It was quite the journey to get back here, and a lot went well in this race. From training to preparing and planning, the temperate cool weather for most of the day, and executing perhaps the best I have in a race.
For now, I am very happy with my performance in this #Skyline race, and want to express my thanks to Scena Performance (@scenaperformance.com @ScenaPerform) for putting on such a welcoming, friendly, and supportive event.

Everybody think warm thoughts for @mbroome, who is out running the #Carrboro #50k in subfreezing temps all morning! I snuck a peek at the weather while he was getting dressed at 0-dark-30, and it is Not Warm out today. 🥶 Base temp is bad enough, but that wind-chill... 💨
I, on the other hand, will be wearing my ski clothes to the farmer's market, and then hiding indoors all morning. Runners. 🤷🏻♀️

#Endure24 smashed it! 50 miles done in 22 hours 🎉
My left IT band gave up at around 30 miles which made hills extremely painful, the last 20 miles were powered by poles, paracetamol and a determination to finish!
Hugely grateful to the amazing support from fellow runners, marshalls, and the friends and family WhatsApp group which kept me going through the tough times!

So, after years of dreaming about the possibility, I finally did a 100-mile race. Wow, what a journey. They don't call it 'life in a day' for nothing. To go from being so tired and in pain that it feels near impossible to take another step to be able to run to the finish line is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Thank you, Sörmlands 100 for providing me the space to learn/remember that I can do really, really hard things. This one means a lot.

Wrote a little piece up on DIY powder for fueling runs and this year’s #ultras. Gist is 100 calories is 14g maltodextrin, 7g fructose, 3g MCT, 0.1g salt mixed with liquid of choice.
I’ve been mixing a large batch of powder, then making it as needed based on length of run.
