    [Edit] I don't make#TurmericMilk anymore. I eat a teaspoon of cottage cheese before drinking just 1 ounce (a very small amount) of the #TurmericTea. Daily #turmeric tea (turmeric + ginger + black pepper) has helped with my #Covid #BrainFog. It's worth a try...
