So, another thing that really sucks about #RFKJr's appointment is that real natural remedies (some based on traditional medicines) could be lumped in with whatever #Idiocracy is spewed out by RFK. For instance, how anti-inflammatory #Turmeric could help prevent dementia, or how #ShikimicAcid from #PineNeedle tea could help with influenza, or how #FermentedFoods could keep us healthy. All backed up with studies.

The price for #Saffron this year seems to be around 3500€/kg for both Spanish and Afghan origin. I just ordered 5 grams to stock up (it lasts very long, as you really only need minuscule amounts). #LifeHack you can also give your rice a nice yellow colour with #Turmeric AKA #Kurkuma. But the saffron aroma is unbeatable, IMHO.

"In a second study, he found that a capsule containing a mix of other natural substances known as phytochemicals can significantly help further.

"He said: 'In our research group we designed a study looking at whether we could concentrate certain foods which would help some of the symptoms of #Covid.

"'The reason we used a capsule is we are able to concentrate foods in a much greater degree than you'd be able to eat.

"'Also you can take them in the morning, at lunchtime and have the foods that you wouldn't normally in a British diet take at those times. So things like chamomile, pomegranate, #turmeric, citrus bioflavonoids which come from #berries and things.'"
